Ninja Council 4 is an adaptation of Naruto Shippuden, so the action starts 2,5 years after the events of its predecessor. The protagonist and his friends set out to Gaara’s rescue, after he'd been kidnapped by members of Akatsuki. Mechanics-wise, the production resembles the previous installments of the series.
