Another edition of an annually released sports game series devoted to basketball, developed jointly by Visual Concepts and the publisher of the franchise, 2K Games. NBA 2K16 employs the well-proven mechanics of the series, offering user-friendly controls that achieve the perfect balance between simulation and arcade, as well as the traditional wide array of play modes for both single and multiplayer. The main game mode is MyCareer, prepared under the eye of a famous American movie director Spike Lee. This ensured a compelling story enriched with subplots more or less connected to sport. The creators also introduced a bunch of gameplay improvements, mostly focused around player control. Moreover, graphics was enhanced, becoming much more detailed - including things like the players’ shoes. You can also appreciate more detailed and better animated crowds.

The eleventh installment in the most popular soccer manager game franchise, originated as Championship Manager back in 1992, and was developed continuously by the British studio Sports Interactive. Traditionally, the game lets you become a manager in one of a few hundred clubs belonging to several dozen soccer leagues from all over the world. As always, there is also an array of innovations and changes. One of the key ones is an option of getting couching licenses and training your team personally. Furthermore, the game introduces new tactical options, new player roles, and individual player shouts. Furthermore, scouts and computer AI were improved. What is noteworthy in terms of visuals, is the new UI, which brings back the side tool bar, and introduces multiple changes in match engine, new animations, more detailed stadiums and player models, as well as enhanced shading and lighting.

After the liquidation of THQ, the original publisher of the game, Take Two, became the official owner of the franchise. The new edition was created as a result of cooperation between Yuke's (the creators of the previous editions) and the Visual Concepts studio, the developer of the NBA 2K series. WWE 2K15 combines the best mechanics developed over the years with next-gen visuals, offering completely new game modes. The controls were modified, so that they are more intuitive, and the game features even more moves for the player to perform. However, the largest change brought by this edition lies in the visual aspect. Thanks to the new motion-capture technology, more detailed character models, improved graphics, animations, lighting effects, and substantially richer commentary, the new edition highlights the series successful debut on the 8th generation of consoles.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 introduces new gameplay modes and improved match mechanics, including new passing mechanics – from now on, the player has to choose the direction and the strength of the pass. The authors reworked tactical options, adding instructions for different phases of the match and the current score, as well as introduced a stadium editor and a gift shop. The game received new animations and improved looks of both stadiums and players. The 2011 edition holds the license for France’s Ligue 1 and Netherlands’ Eredivisie, with the remaining teams maintaining placeholder names.
