Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the second installment in a series of action adventure games with RPG elements originating from 2019, set in the Star Wars universe. The sequel was once again developed by Respawn Entertainment, who have long since won over the franchise's fans.

Plot

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The main protagonist is, once again, Cal Kestis, one of the last surviving Jedi in the galaxy. He is, thus, constantly on the run from the Galactic Empire. Fortunately, he's not alone, as he makes numerous friends along the way and is accompanied by his faithful droid BD-1.

Mechanics

The gameplay of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is shown from the third-person perspective (TPP). The player must complete quests taking place on various planets. Each is home to plenty of enemies to fight against. Cal wields a lightsaber and can chain different moves (the list of which has been greatly expanded) into deadly combos. He's also adept at using the Force, both during combat and exploration, which lets him run on walls or jump farther away. Progressing through the game lets us develop Kestis, granting him new skills and upgrading already owned ones. His lightsaber can be upgraded alongside him as well.

Technical aspects

The visuals of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are very impressive. Aside from the upgraded character models and more detailed locations, the game also features improved animations and ray tracing support.
