Indiana Jones Great Circle: The Basilica Replica puzzle (House of God)

Basilica Replica is related to one of the optional puzzles in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle; it is part of the mystery of the House of God. On this page of the guide we explain where to find the Replica in the Vatican as well as how to use its interactive mechanisms. This will allow you to open the storage inside the Replica, where you'll find a reward.

Where is the Basilica Replica?

1. Basilica Replica can be found while exploring the Vatican City. More specifically, you will find it on the upper floor in the western part of the Apostolic Palace; we showed this spot in the screenshots above. You can get there from the large balcony or the eastern rooms.
2. Next to the Replica you will find the Cleaning Note. Reading it will unlock the mystery of the House of God related to solving the Basilica Replica puzzle.

How to open the Replica's storage?

1. Grab the central handle and move it as far to the right as possible. You should hear a sound suggesting that the Replica mechanism has responded to your command.

1. Examine the left side of the Replica; you will find a medallion in the spot shown in the screenshot. Take it.

1. Now you need to move the central handle all the way to the left. You will again hear the sound of the Replica mechanism moving.
2. Examine the right side of the Replica; the round slot shown in the screenshot will appear there. Place the medallion in it.

1. Examine the left side of the Replica again. A new storage unit should now open there (see the screenshot above), where you can grab the Golden Chalice.

1. The last step is to place the Golden Chalice in the center of the Replica (see the screenshot).

Reward for completing the puzzle

1. You will receive 100 Adventure Points for completing the mystery. Additionally, the last storage compartment will open, where you will find the Vatican Relics book. It will help you find further secret artifacts.
