The second season of Arcane would not be complete without one of viewers' favorite characters.
Arcane fans are still waiting for the continuation, which many consider to be one of the best (if not the best) TV productions based on a video game license. Although the release of the new episodes is still a long way off, Riot Games apparently doesn't mind revealing important information, including this one about the somewhat surprising return of one of the characters from Arcane in the second season.

Jason Spisak was a guest on the Izuko Unscripted podcast (via The Direct). The actor provided the voice of Silco - Zaun's drug lord and Jinx's adoptive father - in the show after the explosive (also literally) events of the first season's finale. The actor spared no praise for the script, but also had one unexpected piece of information. Spisak has recorded new dialogue lines for the second season of Arcane and revealed it with the permission of Riot Games.
Silco's presence in the second season is therefore puzzling, although it should be added that Spisak mentioned this back in May (via Reddit). It's also surprising that Riot Games isn't making a big deal out of it. However, there are two fairly simple explanations for his return.
We don't know when exactly the second season will debut, but it has been confirmed that the new episodes of Arcane will not be release this year. It was announced in April by Nicolo Laurent, CEO of Riot Games, in an interview with BilliBilli.
