BlizzCon 2023 Officially Announced; Will It Regain Its Former Glory?

After a four-year hiatus, BlizzCon is returning in physical form. The event, organized by Blizzard, is scheduled to take place in early November this year.

In early November, after a four-year hiatus initiated by the COVID-19 pandemic, we will see the return of BlizzCon, a major event for fans of Blizzard and entertainment in general.

The company announced the return of the event in physical form on its official channels.

For now, we don't know too many details about the upcoming BlizzCon. All that is known is that the event will take place on November 3-4, 2023 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California (USA).

Details about this year's program, as well as tickets are expected to be announced in June.

For enthusiasts who are already determined to attend the event, Blizzard has launched an online registration option for accommodations in its hotel block. Details can be found here.

What characterizes BlizzCon

Previous editions of BlizzCon have featured numerous panel discussions, contests, cosplays and, above all, game announcements from Blizzard Entertainment.

It is worth mentioning that it was during previous editions of the event that games such as Overwatch or Diablo II Resurrected (but also Diablo Immortal which spectacularly blew in Blizzard's face in 2018), were revealed.

Besides, BlizzCon has always been famous as a "platform" for integrating people and communities around the company's biggest online games, such as World of Warcraft.

We'll find out whether the "magic" is still working at the end of the year - if everything works out.
