Valve has released a list of the highest-grossing games on Steam this year. Among the top earners was Cyberpunk 2077.
Steam published a summary of the past year. With this, we learned the list of games that generated the most revenue in the last twelve months. The data is, unfortunately, quite vague as no specific results were given, or even the order of games. Instead, several categories were presented, the highest of which was "Platinum," where the projects with the highest revenues in 2023 were listed.
Steam listed the games in each category in random order. We have arranged them alphabetically in the lists below.
The list contains no major surprises. It is worth noting the presence of Cyberpunk 2077 in the top 10, which is due to patch 2.0 and the Phantom Liberty expansion (Steam counts revenue from DLC sales as part of the main game's result).
