In 2017, Guerrilla Games decided to make a very bold move. Developers known for Killzone abandoned linear levels and space Nazis in favor of a vast, open world and mechanical beasts in Horizon: Zero Dawn.

This decision turned out to be a hit - the game became a hit of the PlayStation 4 console. Players loved the story of Aloy so much that the developers in the following years released several more projects from the Horizon universe. As many thought, Guerrilla Games does not think to abandon the popular brand. Not only that - if nothing unpredictable happens, the series will remain with us for a very long time to come.

During the Develop: Brighton conference, Guerrilla Games CEO Jan-Bart van Beek revealed that the studio is considering as many as 16 "ideas" for developing the Horizon universe .

"We will continue this adventure for a very long time," confessed the developer (via GamesRadar ).

At the same time, Van Beek confirmed that - nomen omen - a title focusing on multiplayer gameplay is also on the horizon. This is not a big secret, because this type of game was already mentioned last year. At the same time there were also reports of work on another, third, installment of Aloy's adventures.
