The developers of Lies of P have announced that they are already working on the first DLC. They also talked about plans for the November update.
We have good news for fans of the excellent soulslike Lies of P. Its developers have just announced the first DLC.
The video also revealed information about the next patch, which is expected to be released this month. The update will improve the balance of weapons to increase the utility of the weakest elements. In addition, the initial stages of the campaign will become a bit easier, so as to introduce players to the rules of the game a bit more gently. The patch will also add a new slot in the inventory menu intended for face accessories. This will enable us to wear hats and glasses at the same time. New types of these items will also be introduced.
In addition, a new costume will be added to the game in November, based on the outfit worn by the character known as Alidoro. The devs also announced that the soundtrack from the game will soon be available for purchase.
In the video, the developers also thanked players for the good sales of the game (two weeks ago, the devs informed that Lies of P sold more than a million copies)
Recall that Lies of P was released on September 19, this year, on PCs and PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. Since its debut, the game has also been available as part of Game Pass subscription - both on PC and Xbox consoles.
The game has received very good reviews. The game has also been warmly received on Steam, where 89% of player reviews praise the title.
DLSS 3 in Lies of P
Lies of P unfortunately supports only DLSS 2 and the devs have not announced an update with a newer version of this technology for the time being. Fortunately, modder LukeFZ has prepared a project that adds support for DLSS 3, and thus the Frame Generation feature can be used on RTX 40 series cards.
