Loot Battlegrounds Shows Us How to Use Roblox

The team at Game Legion used Roblox to create their own online game, called Loot Battlegrounds. This fantasy game based on battle royale mode can be enjoyed from today.

Roblox is one of those games that enables you unleash your creativity. It allows for creating your own games - some of them are modest, others can be quite impressive. The second group includes Loot Battlegrounds, developed by Game Legion. Today their project went live and below you can watch its trailer.

As part of the fun in Loot Battlegrounds we will land in a fantasy world, namely in an arena called Magic Island, full of castles, villages, big mushrooms, picturesque spots and other things we associate with fantasy settings. In such an environment we will have to compete with other players in the classic battle royale format. Victory can be won with various weapons (swords, bows and axes), armor and buffs, which - just like in Fortnite or Playerunknown's Battlegrounds - are scattered around the map.

When you start a game in Loot Battlegrounds, remember that this is the first version of the game. We can expect that the creators will develop their work in the future by adding new weapons or cosmetic elements, which can be bought, for example, with Robux currency (acquired for real money, as part of regular deliveries after joining the so-called Builders Club or selling your creations).

Roblox (and thus also Loot Battlegrounds) is available in a free-to-play model on PC, Xbox One and mobile devices with Android and iOS systems. From other interesting news concerning the game, a special event inspired by the novel Ready Player Two, a continuation of Ernest Cline's book Ready Player One, adapted by Steven Spielberg in 2018, started on December 1. More details about the event can be found here.
