PC Gaming Show 2020 Will Not be Canceled

The coronavirus did not led to the cancelation of PC Gaming Show. Its organizers have announced this year's edition, during which many new projects will be announced, and we will have the opportunity to watch videos from upcoming games.

PC Gaming Show 2020 will be held in early June.

Due to the coronavirus, the last weeks were filled with information about canceling of various game events. It turns out that PC Gaming Show 2020 is not going to join them. PC Gamer's editorial staff has announced that the event will take place on June 6, this year.

The event has been organized for several years during E3. This fair was canceled, and shortly afterwards we were informed that even the initially planned online replacement was abandoned. As a consequence, many people suspected that the same fate will be met by PC Gaming Show 2020. The event was probably saved by the fact that its form is quite modest, but rich in content, being a presentation on stage, which most people watch on the Internet. So it should be possible to make modifications to ensure the safety of presenters and developers.

This year, the partners helping to organize the event will include such companies as Intel, Epic Games Store, Tripwire Interactive, Frontier, Merge, Humble Bundle, Guerrilla Collective or Perfect World.

It is worth recalling, that this year's gamescom also adopted online version of the event. Moreover, other digital events such as Summer of Gaming or Steam Game Festival: Summer Edition are also planned.
