Resident Evil 4 Remake Teased? Mysterious Tweet Raises Hopes

It looks like we'll soon see the announcement of another remake from Capcom. The possibility of a refreshed version of another game from the Resident Evil series was suggested on the official Twitter account of the series.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Resident Evil's Twitter account posted an unusual tweet;
  • According to many players, it may suggest the creation of a remake of the fourth installment;
  • There have already been various rumors about this project.

Over the past few years we've already received remakes of three Resident Evil games. They met with a positive reception, so nothing stands in the way of Capcom continuing this release strategy. As you can see, such a scenario is very possible. On the official Twitter account of the series, it was suggested that we will get a refreshed version of the next installment.

Although at first glance these words do not make any sense, fans of the series will probably recognize them immediately. The words come from the Keeper's Diary note, which could be found in the first installment of the series. Some players thought that, paradoxically, this could be the announcement of the remake of the fourth part of Resident Evil, because of "Itchy. Tasty." being preceeded by the number 4 appears, but it was also present in the original note.

So at this point, it's hard to tell what the above post is referring to. Perhaps Capcom really wanted to suggest the possibility of a remake of Resident Evil 4. There have already been rumors regarding such a project. It is also possible that the tweet refers to something completely different. It is certain, however, that it is not accidental, and heated discussions have already began among the fans. Moreover, the post was commented on by the official Xbox account ("this tweet is noteworthy").
