Shadow Gambit is Mimimi Games' last game, but as a farewell, the studio is preparing not one, but two more expansions for the game.
Both announced expansions for Shadow Gambit have become available on all hardware platforms. Both Yuki's Wish, as well as Zagan's Ritual. They are accompanied by the Treasure Hunts update, which introduces 14 free "endgame" missions involving the titular treasure hunt.
Mimimi has announced the promised last gift to its fans. The successful Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew will get two expansions before the developers go out of business.
The developer announced (via Steam) two major DLCs. The team did not reveal their titles or price, but informed that both expansions will launch on the same day: December 6.
Mimimi Games also revealed some of the highlights we will receive with the release of these expansions.
Shadow Gambit is the latest game from the independent team behind the return of the Desperados series and the warmly received Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun. The abandonment of the creation of further works is by no means due to the game's failure - on the contrary, SG has gained recognition from both reviewers and players. The game was rated by more than 2.5 thousand Steam reviews, 95% of which are positive. Rather, the reason is the rising cost of game development and the creators' exhaustion.
