Stray's PC System Requirements are Surprisingly Modest

Stray may be coming to PlayStation 5, but thankfully that won't translate into high system requirements on PC.

Next month will mark the release of a cat adventure game Stray, not only on PlayStation consoles (4 and 5), but also on PCs. The game's tab on Steam shared the game's system requirements. You can check them out below.

Stray - system requirements

Minimum requirements

  1. Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
  2. Processor: Intel Core i5-2550K / AMD FX-8350
  3. Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti / AMD Radeon R7 360
  4. RAM: 8 GB
  5. Hard Drive Space: 10 GB

Recommended requirements

  1. Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
  2. Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 / AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  3. Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon R9 290X (4 GB VRAM)
  4. RAM: 8 GB
  5. Hard Drive Space: 10 GB

If you were worried that the game's release on PlayStation 5 would also translate to "next-gen" requirements on PC, you can relax. Stray won't take up much disk space or force you to buy a modern GPU or processor. And that's a good thing, because Blue Twelve's work promises to be one of the most interesting releases of the year - take a look at the trailer below if you want to see what all the hype is about.
