Harry Potter fans are eagerly anticipating a series from HBO Max, which is expected to be the second approach to adapting the series written by J.K. Rowling. It is supposed to be a more faithful adaptation, which will be able to present the story more broadly, as one season is expected to adapt one book.

But what matters is not only how much of the books will be included in the Harry Potter TV series, but also how it will be shown. The films have allowed themselves some deviations in the creation of characters, even such key ones as Albus Dumbledore, and as a result, an iconic scene has been created that bears little resemblance to how it was described in the book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

It certainly isn't hard for fans to guess which scene it might be about. It is the one in which, after Harry's name fell out of the Goblet of Fire, Dumbledore asks the young wizard if he was the one who threw it there. In the book, the Hogwarts headmaster was calm, while in the movie Michael Gambon's Dumbledore nervously rushed over to Harry.

HP fans often joke about how radically different the two approaches are. And now they are wondering how it will be shown in the TV series from HBO Max, which we won't find out until season 4. Nevertheless, fans of the series are already wondering whether John Lithgow, who is the new actor for Dumbledore, will be calm as in the book or nervous as in the movie. This is certainly one of the most anticipated scenes in the Harry Potter TV series.

This moment is going to break the internet… When, after three successful seasons of the new series, we finally get to Goblet of Fire, and John Lithgow does his most gentle rendition of “Harry, did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?” – Virajas.

If he somehow does it more angrily than Micheal Gambon I may never stop laughing – j821c.

Judge me all you want, but I think it would be hella funny, if the line delivery went full psycho like the movies. Gambon’s delivery of that line has become a meme and it’s very memorable due to how ridiculously inaccurate it was, I need it again – J00JGabs.

The film version of the scene has become iconic thanks to numerous memes. Harry Potter fans are still talking about it to this day, so the interest in it in the new adaptation isn’t a bit surprising. It's certainly to be expected that once season 4 of the HP TV series from HBO Max arrives, there will be quite a bit of buzz about it, and viewers will want to know whether Dumbledore will be calm this time, or whether he will let his nerves get the best of him again.
