Turbo Overkill Release Date of Version 1.0

Trigger Happy Interactive has decided that after several months of early access, cyberpunk shooter Turbo Overkill is almost ready for its full release. It's going to be a real no-holds-barred ride.

In the old-school shooter Turbo Overkill we find ourselves in the cyberpunk city of Paradise, which is threatened by a rampant artificial intelligence. The main character of the game is cyborg Johnny Turbo, who has a chainsaw instead of a leg and only one task - to eliminate anyone who gets in his way. To do this, we use a wide range of weapons and body modifications that will provide us with unique abilities.

Are you interested? If the answer is yes, then we have very good news for you. On July 18, this highly praised (98% positive ratings on Steam) boomer shooter will leave the early access and debut in version 1.0.

However, this is not the end of surprises. The game's developers - Trigger Happy Interactive - have rollod out the first part of the update called Final Episode. In turn, its second part will debut along with the final version of the title.

The list of fixes and novelties that the developers have introduced to their creation is quite impressive. Starting with a whole palette of new enemies, eliminating all sorts of bugs, and ending with a heavily rebuilt map - all this is expected to further enhance the already considerable enjoyment of the game.

You can read the details of the update here. In turn, below we provide a trailer presenting Turbo Overkill: The Final Episode in action.

The game is available for now only on PC (Steam and GOG). In addition, the developers are working on console versions, although their release date is not yet known. The developers' plans also include a multiplayer mode and support for mods.

If you are not fully convinced, you can try the demo version of the game at any time.
