The Xbox Partner Preview brought new footage from a number of games (including The Finals, Alan Wake 2 and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater), but also a couple of announcements (including Spirit of the North 2).
Microsoft's half-hour show brought a lot of news about games heading to the company's consoles (and more). Here are all the titles shown during the Xbox Partner Preview.
The stream began with a a video showcasing Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the second part of Yakuza starring Ichiban Kasuga. The developers focused on discussing how players can use the title's infinite wealth while relaxing on Dondoko Island.
Microsoft's presentation included not only footage from already famous games, but also a announcement and trailer for Ikaro Will Not Die from Thunderful. The work of the FuturLab is the spiritual heir to Velocity (2012) in the form of an "action roguelite" in TPP view, in which arcade combat is based on manipulating gravity and running at breakneck speed.
The Chinese Room is working not only on Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2. Another project the British studio is chiseling away at is the horror game Still Wakes The Deep, announced in June. During the show it lived to see a short gameplay presentation.
The creators of RoboCop assured that they love the original movies, which is allegedly evident in the game at every turn. We take their word for it, and in the meantime RoboCop: Rogue City was shown in a trailer revealing something of the plot and with gameplay footage. The game will be released on November 2 for PC, PS5 and XSX/S.
Action adventure game mixed with "social simulator", Dungeons of Hinterberg has received a new trailer. The footage reveals the most important information about the story background and gameplay in this debut production of Microid.
Remake of ARK: Survival Evolved was perhaps the most anticipated game of the show. Unfortunately, the trailer did not bring fans any information about the release date.
A sequel to Spirit of the North was one of the surprises of the presentation. Admittedly, nothing concrete was shown in the first trailer, but we know that this time the foxy hero will be accompanies by a raven, with whom he will set out to search for the missing guards in a world ruined by a powerful shaman. The game is headed for PC, PS5 and XSX/S.
Solid Snake also made an appearance at the Xbox Partner Preview. This time a short gameplay trailer was presented for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The remake of the iconic installment of the stealth game series looks great - or at least much better than the recently released collection of "remasters".
Online shooter from the veterans of the old Battlefields will be available for open beta testing on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S from October 26 to November 6. The information was shared via a dynamic new trailer of The Finals, which focuses on showing the destruction in virtual (also in-game) arenas.
Polish strategy game about managing medieval estates will not be a walk in the park. We will find out April 26, 2024, when Manor Lords will hit early access on Steam and Microsoft's store (and PC Game Pass).
The return of Alan Wake was the last and undeniably one of the most important games shown during the Xbox Game Preview. The launch trailer gives a closer look at the characters of both playable characters, which players will be able to control this Friday.
