XSX/S Compatibility Was Tested Across 500 Thousand Hours of Gameplay

Jason Ronald from Xbox informed on Twitter about the backwards compatibility range of Xbox Series X / S. We also learned how much time has been spent testing the feature.

Jason Ronald, Director of Product Management at Xbox, said on Twitter that thanks to the backwards compatibility of Xbox Series X / S, on the day of the release of next-gen consoles, we will be able to play almost all the titles known from Xbox and Xbox 360, which can now be run on Xbox One. The exception are games requiring the Kinect motion controller to work.

By the way, we also learned that such far-reaching backward compatibility required a lot of work - 500 thousand hours were spent on testing.
