Yellow Herb #1 is in one of the caves on the upper level of Wharf (the location visited in the initial part of Chapter 13).

Yellow Herb #2 is in a room next to the stairs,east from Incubation Lab. You'll visit this location for the first time in Chapter 13.

This Herb is in the Amber Storeroom area, first visited in Chapter 14. It's on one of the shelves.

Yellow Herb #4 - Stronghold

This Herb is found in the Stronghold area of Chapter 14, next to an anti-aircraft cannon that has to be destroyed in order to continue with the story.

Yellow Herb #5 - Sanctuary Approach

The Yellow Herb is in the eastern part of Sanctuary Approach. You reach that place on the way to the Summit in chapter 15.
