Chest #1 - Stim Canister
To access the Stim Canister, you have to open a large gate in the crypt and the associated puzzle is described in detail on a dedicated page (Crypt of Uhrma on Jedha).
Once that is out of the way, look for a large yellow chest. Inside, you'll find a Stim Canister that increases your healing capabilities by 1.
Databank #2 - Voices of the Wind
You can find this echo in the same area of the crypt as the aforementioned Stim Canister.
Essence #1
After opening the large gate in the Crypt, use Force Pull to rip out a grate from screenshot 1.
You will reach an area with a fishery and a shortcut to Trailhead Pantheon. Continue along the main tunnel to reach a green gate (screenshot 2). You can only get past it after unlocking Merrin's Charm in the main story.
Squeeze between the rocks. Here you have to defeat an optional boss - Sutaban Alpha. After defeating the beast, check out her lair to find an Essence that awards the Gambler perk - it will increase the XP gain, but after dying, Cal cannot retrieve his lost experience points.
