Chest #1 - Scrapper Outfit

The chest with the appearance item is in the room where you can rest.

Databank #1 - Hallikset

The echo is in the same room, right from Chest #1. It hangs on the wall.

Treasure #1 - Priorite Shard

This is the only Treasure in this zone - to get it, you need to get on the upper level of the bar, and then visit a small room left from the main stairs. Continue by interacting with the toilet. The action is rewarded with an achievement Cleaning Up.

Chest #2 - Eerin Siinaa Music Track

To reach the final collectible area, you need to continue talking to Moran until the door behind him opens. Unfortunately, after each conversation, you need to go outside the saloon.

With enough conversations, you'll receive access to the aforementioned room. Inside, there is a chest containing a new music track.

Databank #2 - Moran's Possessions

Exactly opposite Chest #2, there is a scannable area.
