Skeleton near the stairs
During A Dark Legacy treasure hunt, before entering the ruins in the eastern edge of the map (M1,11) you will find a skeleton under the tree and a note next to it. The quest is only an entry to the journal and an addition to the information gathered from count Romilly's journal.
