Banishers Ghosts of New Eden features several different kinds of chests. On this page of our guide we've explained where to find rare Blue Chests and acquire witch stones hidden within.

Blue chests do not count as collectibles and you don't need them to complete the game in 100%. Despite this, they are rare and useful, being a good source of witch stones, one of the two main currencies in the game. You will recognize them by the blue shimmer and runes on their surface. They are open - you don't have to do anything special to unlock them. On this page we have listed where to find all the blue chests in Banishers Ghosts of New Eden.

- Location: You will find this chest after crossing the precipice over a fallen log, just before the trappers' cave. It is located in a small cave - the crevice leading to the inside is easy to spot.

- Location: You will find this chest in the hunting camp, in an open house at the main crossroads, right next to the merchant, Sincere Parris.

- Location: You will find this chest to the east of the hunting camp, on a small cliff above a makeshift tent, to the left of the main entrance to the area.

- Location: You will find this chest southeast of the hunting camp, in an empty hut, in the area where you will start hunting the Beast.
The Dark Woods - Chest #6

- Location: You will find this chest southeast of the hunting camp, in the hut after getting out of the mine. The doors are barricaded - you have to shoot the wooden beam on the doors with the rifle through a hole in the roof.

The Mire Marshes - Chest #1

- Location: This chest can be found in the building just east of the Old Marsh Encampment shelter. The entrance is barricaded - you have to go to the back of the building and shoot at the boards through a hole in the wall.

- Location: In the cave leading to the region - you must make Antea leap from the very top of the wooden scaffolding.

- Location: On a ledge in the outpost area, east of the end of the horizontal elevator.

- Location: In the mine below Fort Jericho, above the mine shaft. After destroying the chains and reaching the suspension bridge, descend the rope next to the bridge and follow the path to reach the chest.

- Location: At the bottom of the mine beneath Fort Jericho. The chest is at the top of the ladder blocked by Creeping Ivy, so you have to come back here after you learn how to destroy it.

- Location: In a small room, which you can get to through a gap near the docks in the smugglers' port.

- Location: The blue chest is located in a small shed next to a farm field in the northern part of the region. To open the building's door, you have to shoot down the bolt blocking the entrance. You will do it by shooting through the roof from a nearby hill.
The Harrows - Chest #3
- Location: The blue chest is in the building with a mechanism, not far outside the settlement. To get inside, go around the house, enter inside and shoot down the mechanism's blockade. You will be able to enter through the main entrance.
The Harrows - Chest #4
- Location: Far west of the settlement, in an abandoned settler camp, behind the Creeping Ivy.
The Harrows - Chest #5
- Location: In a small cave at the eastern end of the beach, west of the settlement. In the same cave, there is also a map/treasure Mysterious Cache Last Riddle (2).
The Harrows - Chest #6
- Location: Underground, on top of a wall you can climb, right next to the Collapsed House shelter.
The Harrows - Chest #7
- Location: At the eastern end of the cliffs below the settlement. You can get here only after dealing with the boss of this region.
