Locked chests are one of the main types of collectibles in Banishers Ghosts of New Eden. They contain unique equipment elements. - Location: You will receive the key to the occultist's equipment automatically during the tutorial teaching you how to destroy spectral webs using Antea's power. After leaving the painted circle of demonologists and the first encounter, in which you will use Antea's help, instead of going forward, turn right. You will find yourself in a small arena, where you have to defeat several enemies. Next, climb up the rocky shelf to find the chest. Inside you will find an amulet - Spiritual Necklace.
The Dark Woods - Trapper's Reserves

- Location: The key is on the table in the hut where the leaders of the Hunter's Camp will let Red stay, right next to the bonfire in the Hunter's Camp shelter. The chest is located on the wooden deck of the trapper's house in the same camp. Inside you will find a brooch - Aureola.
The Dark Woods - Abandoned Belongings

- Location: The chest is located in an abandoned cottage between Kate's Bivouac and Wolf Den. You can only enter through the back door, which you can destroy by shooting the rifle. You will find the key just south of the cottage, by the corpses lying at the end of the destroyed bridge. Inside you will find the Gunner Battlegear Outfit.

- Location: The chest is located in the area north of the Waterfall shelter, in the fisherman's hut - to get here, you need the Ensnare skill to destroy Creeping Ivy. Ivy also covers the cottage - destroy it and then shoot through the open window at the beam blocking the door. You will find the key by the corpse at the riverbank, just west of the hut. Inside you will find an outfit - Expiation Garment.
The Dark Woods - Secret Cache

- Location: The chest is located in a house in the area east of the High Cave shelter, behind the Creeping Ivy. The key is located north of the chest, near the collapsed wooden structure next to the place where you can summon the Scourge. Inside you will find Saber & Firebane - Golden Retribution.
The Mire Marshes - Soldier Ashton's Pack

- Location: The key is on the table right next to the bonfire in the Mossy Watchtower shelter. To find the chest, go back to the path you came from the Dark Woods after acquiring the Outburst skill. You will encounter a stone blockade there, which can be destroyed with Outburst. Destroy the second blockade nearby, cross the fallen log and defeat the enemies near the chest. Inside you will find the Bane Ring - Born of Trees.
The Mire Marshes - Smuggler's Loot

- Location: The key lies next to a hanging corpse next to the hut, in the flooded area south of the Mossy Watchtower shelter. The chest is nearby, in the same area, at the end of the cave behind a large waterfall. Inside you will find the Saber & Firebane - Grand Behourt.
The Mire Marshes - Hummingbird's Pillage

- Location: The chest is located in one of the destroyed buildings southeast of the Old Marsh Encampment shelter. The key is on the roof of the wooden building directly north of the chest, just behind the palisade of the camp. Inside you will find an Armband - White Crow.
Mount Pleasant - Items stolen from the Bligh Manor
- Location: The key lies on a ledge immediately south of the Bligh Manor. The chest is east of the key. Inside you will find Armband - Earthbound.
Mount Pleasant - Military Arsenal

- Location: The key is on the ground floor of the Fort Jericho shelter. The chest is at the top of the tower in Fort Jericho. Inside you will find a Decoction - Spiritual Ward.
Mount Pleasant - Traveller's Strongbox

- Location: The chest is located in the guard tower southeast of Fort Jericho. The key is on the shelf right next to the fireplace in the Hunters Spot shelter.
Mount Pleasant - Hunter's Storage Box

- Location: The chest is located inside the guard tower, in the area far west of Fort Jericho, behind the Creeping Ivy. The tower itself is also surrounded by Creeping Ivy. The key is on the cliff next to the tower - lower the rope from the wooden platform and descend down it. Search the corpse hanging next to the rope. Inside the chest you will find an outfit - Trapper Garb.
The Harrows - Farmer's Case

- Location: The chest is on the ground floor of the farmer's house, next to the bed with the skeleton. To get inside, you have to go around the house and enter through the side entrance. Destroy the main entrance barricade with an Antea's Outburst, then move the cart, which will get you to the floor. Behind farmer's house, you will find another cart. Move it and climb onto the stone shelf. In a small cave you will find the key to the chest. The treasure hidden inside is the Opportunist rifle.
The Harrows - Deceased Inhabitant's Personal Belongings

- Location: The chest can be found in the central part of the settlement in the Harrows, in a destroyed building. It stands in the corner of the house, behind the fireplace. You will find the key to open the chest a bit higher up, in the building with the fireplace. The key is on one of the tables. Inside you will find the Banisher Garment.

- Location: The chest is located in the southern part of the region, on the beach, next to a rock pillar. You will find the key to it a bit earlier, on the eastern part of the beach. Inside you will find Decoction - Bitter Purge.

- Location: The chest is located in the southern part of the region, in a ruined hut. You will find the key to the chest in the abandoned wagon standing on the road a bit east of the cottage. The chest contains Ring - Truelove Knot.
