Search the roof of the building for a control panel that you can hack #1 and use the Cryptographic Sequencer on it. Solve the mini-game by creating a proper password #2. There is a total of twelve TYGER cams in Amusement Mile and destroying them will let you complete a total of four riddles (three cameras per each). Each time you find a camera (K on the attached map), prepare an ordinary Batarang and throw at it.
