Car Mechanic Simulator 2014: Order 47 - Vulcan Spectre

CAR: Vulcan Spectre

TARGETS:

1. Find and remove the cause of whining
2. Replace all filters
3. Change oil

REWARD: 3000 USD

PARTS:

• Axle differentia - 2000 USD
• Air Filter - 35 USD
• Oil Filter - 50 USD
• Fuel Filter - 80 USD
• Oil change - 100 USD + cost of new oil ca. 10 USD

Client is complaining about the whining coming from the rear part of the car. Except of solving that problem, he also asks you to replace all filters and to change oil. First of these problems is connected to the Axle differential - buy a new one and perform its replacement:

1. Go to the Wheel - inspect view mode.
2. Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
3. Twist off Vulcan Spectre Rear Left Wheel.
4. Twist off Drive Axle Left.

Do the same with the rear right wheel. Then:

1. Use the Car Lifter and go the car's rear with the Undercarriage - inspect view.
2. Disassemble broken Axle differential and assemble a new one.
3. Lower the car with the Car Lifter and assemble both removed Drive Axles and Wheels.

The axle differential is hidden under the rear suspension.

Now take care of filters - begin with the Oil Filter:

• Raise Hood and go to the Engine - inspect view mode.
• Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
• Remove Oil Filter Cap.
• Put out Oil Filter.
• Turn on the Assemble Mode.
• Put in new Oil Filter.
• Assemble Oil Filter Cap.

The next one -Air Filter:

1. Remove Plastic Engine Cover V6.
2. Remove Air Flow Tube V6.
3. Remove Air Flow Meter.
4. Remove Air Filter Cover.
5. Put out worn-out Air Filter and assemble a new one.
6. Assemble Air Filter Cover.
7. Assemble new Air Flow Meter.
8. Assemble Air Flow Tube V6.
9. Assemble Plastic Engine Cover V6.

In the end the Fuel Filter:

1. Raise the car with the Car Lifter and go to the view of the rear chassis with the Undercarriage - inspect view mode.
2. Turn on the Disassemble Mode.
3. Find Fuel Filter on the Fuel Tank and remove it.
4. Turn on the Assemble Mode.
5. Assemble new Fuel Filter.

The fuel filter is very easy to find.

Your last task is the oil change:

• Use the Car Lifter and go to the view of the engine from below with the Engine - inspect option.
• Find Oil Pan located on the bottom of the engine.
• Find Oil Drain Plug, twist it off and flush the old oil.
• Lower the car with the Car Lifter and go to the Engine - inspect view mode.
• Remove Plastic Engine Cover V6.
• Twist off Engine Oil Fill Plug.
• Click on the oil jerrycan and pour the oil to the engine for a few seconds.
• Put out Oil Dipstick and check level of oil - point that connects gold and silver field should be as close to the scale's middle as possible.
• Assemble Plastic Engine Cover V6.
