An online FPS created by a South-Korean studio known as Black Spot Entertainment. The game is set after the Second World War, but the conflict actually has not ended. Genetically modified soldiers created by Dr Geiger are fighting their American equivalents. Both the sides of the conflict are trying to find the so-called Alpha Child - a being without any genetic flaws, that is the pinnacle of Geiger's achievement. The players choose between the two sides of the conflict and fight one another in different modes available. Dynamic encounters between the players are diversified with use of psionic powers, which places the experience somewhere in-between BioShock and Call of Duty. The game modes included are divided into PvP and PvE variants, though one also has to notice the presence of the so-called Classic Modes (special powers are not accessible here). All of this is complemented by a dedicated ranking system, league matches, clans, and more.

An arcade racing game for {PLAT}. Our objective is to take part in a race and finish it, but the task is made difficult by the nature of courses and obstacles, which are constantly transforming. The background colors are constantly changing, and a different color may mean that, for example, a bridge was removed, or a new platform was spawned. The pace of the gameplay forces the players to stay alert if they want to reach the finish line as a winner. Our avatars can jump, climb, run, as well as harass other participants. Aside from the main course, Runbow also contains a few different modes, including Arena, where the players are pushing each other into the abyss, or ColourMaster, in which one person decides on the action that has to be repeated by other players. Even if the main strength of the game is the ability of multiplayer racing (up to 9 participants), the game offers a single player mode as well. Runbow employs simple, but nice 2D visuals, full of contrasting colors and sharp contours.

An unusual, humorous RPG developed by Kyy Games. The players are participating in simulated sessions of a table role-playing game. Before starting the adventure, they not only create the heroes who live in fantasy realm, but they create people who play their roles as well. What’s interesting, during the game, statistics of both these groups are increased. Similarly as the first entry in the series, the game has humorous tone. The title is filled with pop culture references, including references to books, games and movies. Knights of Pen & Paper 2 introduces many changes and improvements. The list of playable races was expanded with the addition elves and dwarves. There are some new classes as well. The combat, inspired by the d20 system, was improved. A collection of two remastered old-school role-playing games: Dragon Fantasy Book I and Book II. The titles included in the Dragon Fantasy: The Volumes of Westeria edition take the player to the eponymous Westeria continent, where evil spreads its influence and two nations are warring for domination. The story is split into chapters, each featuring a different protagonist – actions of these heroes have significant impact on this world’s situation. The Dragon Fantasy series combines solutions typical of the classic representatives of the jRPG genre, such as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, with a daring sense of humor characteristic of EarthBound. Apart from many adventures, conversations with non-player characters, and battles fought with randomly spawned opponents, the game could not miss out on a character progression system. Along with the story progression your heroes are gaining progressively better weapons and armor, as well as and more powerful spells. When it comes to audiovisuals, the games in the Dragon Fantasy series offer old-school graphics and retro sounds, resembling 8- and 16-bit titles.

Chambara takes place in an unusual, two-colored world in which the player assumes the role of a ninja warrior and uses colors to hide and attack enemies from surprise. For example, if the player is a black character, then by positioning himself close to a wall of same color he becomes invisible to the enemies. However, when looking from the right angle, the opponents can notice character’s shape and locate him. The key to the game is to carefully move and observe the surroundings – danger can hide almost everywhere. Chambara allows up to 4 players to compete on one computer or console and the duels take place in various modes on more than a dozen of maps.

Co-developed by n-Space studies and Visual Concepts team, this is an attempt to move the popular console wrestling WWE series onto the screens of mobile devices. In terms of content, the game does not deviate significantly from what we have come to expect from full-blown installments of the series: we can play the part of one of the great independent wrestling stars, each of which has its own range of unique attacks and moves, as well as a specific way of entering the ring, warming up the atmosphere before the fight. In addition to the traditional career mode and on-line multiplayer, a mode called Create-a-Superstar was also added, in which we create from scratch our own star of the ring and run it through subsequent rungs of the wrestling way to the top. Compared with the editions of PCs and consoles, WWE 2K above all differs with the level of graphic fidelity and with a simplified control model, adapted to mobile devices.

A retro-futuristic racing game by Megacom Games. Power Drive 2000 presents a futuristic version of the year 2000, as visualized in the 80s science-fiction productions. Therefore, the streets of the cyberpunk city are lit up by bright neon lights, and we drive a super-fast sports car, Avenger 2000, which is equipped with an afterburner and an on-board AI. Power Drive 2000 offers a purely arcade driving model, while our task is to complete a race not quickly, but rather as spectacularly as possible. There are six game modes to choose from: Race Mode (racing a “ghost”), Collector Mode (collecting diamonds scattered on the street), Outrun Mode (a police chase), Vaporizer Mode (touching a barrier disintegrates the car) and Gauntlet Mode (an infinite race in which one has to avoid collisions). In any of these, we may play either alone or in multiplayer mode (over the Internet or in split-screen mode). All of the above is presented using attractive visuals which look vintage while employing modern effects.

An original turn-based strategy created by Auroch Digital. Blood Red States is an adaptation of a board game known as Dark Future and released in 1988 by Games Workshop. The players are taken to a post-apocalyptic world destroyed as a result of a global cataclysm. Well-armed squads known as Sanctioned Ops serve the role of law enforcement now, patrolling the ruined roads and highways. Assuming the roles of the squads' leaders, the players take part in spectacular chases, going after various mobsters and gang members. The experience was based on an unusual pattern, as the gameplay is turn-based and the sides give orders to their units at the same time; afterwards, they observe several seconds of real-time action, when their orders are being executed. The key to success here is not only to react to the opponent's actions, but also to predict their moves and initiate risky maneuvers that can tip the balance in favor of the player's victory.

A standalone expansion for the 2013’s well-received survival sandbox game, Don’t Starve. The main goal of the add-on is to transfer the core premise of the original title into cooperative multiplayer gameplay. In the game, we still explore the world, gather food, build a shelter, fight various enemies, and take care of the protagonist’s physical and mental health. The primary novelty is the possibility of interacting with other players who can turn out to be either precious friends or deadly foes. Don’t Starve Together allows us to play both with our friends and with complete strangers. Another appeal of the expansion is the fact that it comes with the previously released DLC, Reign of Giants, which expands the original title with new bioms, enemies, and a full year cycle. The production can be obtained free of charge by all owners of the vanilla game.

One of the numerous installments of the popular The Legend of Zelda series that dates back to the end of the 80s. The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes was developed solely with Nintendo 3DS in mind. The characteristic feature of the game is the three-player cooperation mode where we can join forces with our friends to defeat bosses, solve complicated puzzles, and complete subsequent levels. Totems, which are towers that consist of three characters standing on one another, are interesting result of cooperation. Thanks to this, heroes can reach places that are otherwise inaccessible or hit a strong opponent in his weak point. Naturally, The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes lets us play solo, as well. In such case, we control each of the three characters interchangeably. Clothes and weapons we find give us special abilities: they can help us dodge enemy attacks, enlarge bombs, or let us perform attacks unavailable to other characters. The first expansion for Pillars of Eternity, the bestselling cRPG created by Obsidian Entertainment. The action takes place in an abandoned dwarven stronghold, Durgan, where, as rumor has it, one can find tons of incredibly valuable artifacts. The place is overrun by monsters though, and most adventurers that dared enter it never came back. The player’s party accepted the challenge and ventures into the stronghold with a mission of uncovering the secret of the legendary durgan steel. The game features typical cRPG gameplay premises: exploration, questing, character progression. In addition to the main storyline, we can also complete a number of various side quests. Moreover, the expansion introduces new items, skills, additional companions that can be recruited into our party, as well as increased character level capacity.

Adventure, Interwar Period, Puzzle Elements, Action Adventure, Singleplayer, TPP.
A new version of an adventure game that initially came out for PC in three separate episodes released between 2009 and 2012. It was developed by the Dutch Vertigo Games. In the game, we assume the role of the eponymous adventurer and treasure hunter who happened to find notes pointing to a supposed location of the biblical Garden of Eden in an old Templar church. Alongside his friend Evelyn, the protagonist embarks on a dangerous journey, trying to outwit members of the powerful Clairvaux corporation. Adam’s Venture: Origins puts emphasis on logic elements and offers about 60 varied challenges that require us to use our wits. Technically, the game is an attempt at redoing the game in accordance with the initial concept, which was deemed unworkable due to technical and financial reasons. Therefore, the title offers slightly expanded story enriched with new themes, modernized graphics, and a number of gameplay enhancements.

Strategy, City Builder, Economic, Sandbox, Singleplayer.
The second large expansion for Cities: Skylines, an economic strategy game developed by Colossal Order. The Snowfall add-on introduces changing weather conditions and temperature fluctuation that can significantly influence the functioning of our city. As the temperature goes down, the citizens consume a lot more power, requiring us to meet the increased demand for electricity or build a municipal central heating system. Apart from rain and fog, which are both purely cosmetic events, a heavy snowfall can be a serious problem for the mayor as it paralyzes traffic and necessitates additional spending for snow clearing. Furthermore, the expansion offers a myriad of new buildings connected to the theme of winter, improved city transport management, and the long-awaited trams that complement the list of available means of public transportation.

Strategy, Hotseat, World War II, Internet, Multiplayer, Singleplayer, Turn-based, Free-to-play.
A mobile turn-based strategy game developed by team at HandyGames studio, recreating major military operations of the World War II, like the allied landing in Normandy. We can play as either United Nations or Axis, with each faction having different units and equipment, not to mention missions and their objectives. Gameplay takes place on maps, covered in hexagon grids, based on historical battlefields, with turn-based battles resembling those from classics of the genre, e.g. the Panzer General series. 1944 Burning Bridges emphasizes tactical aspects and allows us to use various offensive tactics, including surprise attacks, surgical strikes at strategic points, seizing or destroying buildings and bridges, and setting blockades. Classic single player campaign is complemented by two multiplayer modes (online or in hotseat).

An unusual racing game with platform game elements, developed by independent Dutch studio DoubleDutch Games. SpeedRunners takes place in a fictional world filled with various superheroes. Since there are so many of them, there aren’t enough criminals for them to deal with. Because of that, the heroes are forced to compete with each other about who will reach the crime scene as first and be able to perform his duties. In the game the player assumes the role of one of more than fifty characters and participates in various races during which he tries to leave the rivals behind. The maps are filled with various obstacles which slow down the characters. In addition, during the race one can use various gadgets as well as surroundings to one’s advantage. The game is focused on online multiplayer for up to four players – both in local and Internet mode.

RPG, Animated TV Series, Singleplayer, Turn-based.
A mobile RPG based on the world and characters featured in Rick and Morty, an animated series broadcasted on Adult Swim (American cable network). Similarly to the original, Pocket Mortys tells the story of a mad alcoholic scientist, Rick Sanchez, and his naive 14-year-old grandson, Mortimer Smith. The plot revolves around Rick's failed experiment that brought creatures from another dimension to Earth, and our task is, obviously, to stop them. The gameplay is a kind of pastiche of the Pokémon series mechanics. The action is observed from an aerial perspective and the game's focuses lie on exploration, undertaking quests, and fighting turn-based battles against various creatures that we add to our collection throughout the entire playthrough. Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, the creators of Rick and Morty, were involved in the development of the game, thanks to which the unique atmosphere of the original TV series was preserved.
