The fans of the multiplayer mode will once again receive one hundred brand new maps, C&C Red Alert – The Aftermath also introduces seven fresh unit types, which the players can freely construct during the skirmishes. The Allies have bolstered their ranks with the teleporting Chrono Tank, field mechanics, who can repair damaged units, and also with Phase transports, capable of unleashing powerful warheads. The Soviets have obtained more of Tesla’s inventions, including the Tesla Tank and Shock Infantry, as well as an upgraded submarine capable of attacking and destroying targets on the ground. Both sides of the conflict have access to the devastating force that are the MAD tanks.

A sequel to the well-received grand strategy game set during World War II, developed by Paradox Interactive. Hearts of Iron 2 spans the entire world and requires us to oversee not only military activities but also all kinds of economic, political, and social dependencies. The player can lead any country, including the biggest superpowers of the era, such as Germany, Great Britain, and the Soviet Union. Hearts of Iron 2 offers great freedom in preparations for the outbreak of the World War II. The general premise of the gameplay recreates the solutions of the game's predecessor, but the sequel features many novelties, including additional diplomatic and political options (for example, you can check what would happen if Marxist ideas were introduced in Germany), an open negotiation system, trade agreements, or experience acquisition for military units. Historical scenarios that let us see the conflict through the eyes of a famous commander were also enhanced.

The eight major entry in a cult cRPG series created by Richard Garriott, whose first part debuted back in 1980 as one of the first commercial products in its kind. The next chapter in the saga about the nameless hero known as the Avatar is a continuation of the events of the previous game. The main antagonist is again the evil demon Guardian, who managed to capture the hero, and wants to take revenge on him for thwarting the demon’s plan of conquering the continent of Britannia. Hence, Ultima VIII: Pagan takes you to a very different world, called Pagan, governed by unfamiliar rules. The player, obviously, has to break free and ultimately defeat evil. When compared to the seventh installment, released in 1992, the game employs a brand new engine, therefore the number of details is significantly greater, although the title still features isometric view. As you play, you control a single hero and gradually develop his statistics and skills over time.

The action of UFO: Aftermath takes us to a not so distant future in which human civilization was reduced to a handful of survivors due to an alien invasion. With time, the survivors had organized and began to fight the invaders, and the player’s task is to lead them to victory. Mechanics-wise, the game draws a lot of inspiration from its predecessor. On one hand, we focus on developing a base and technology as well as taking over and adapting alien tech. On the other, turn-based combat that lets us use a wide arsenal of weapons and extraterrestrial inventions. As we progress, our soldiers also gain experience which gives them new skills and traits.
