Seeing that the island's port town was destroyed by a hurricane, our protagonist decides to help its citizens in rebuilding. As we play, we will farm, rear farm animals, and rebuild various buildings. Our ultimate goal is the restoration of a lighthouse that towers above the island. We will be able to make friends with the islanders and even start our own family.

An unusual, first-person perspective logic game developed by Total Mayhem Games. The title is a game focused on cooperation mode. We Were Here takes place in a mysterious, abandoned castle in the middle of nowhere. One of the players assumes the role of a man imprisoned in a small part of the fortress. The second player has access to a much greater area and is tasked with finding and freeing his companion. To achieve that, the players must complete a series of logic and environmental puzzles based on team work. What makes matter worse is the fact that the characters can communicate only by using a radio. In addition to that, in some parts of the castle there are harsh conditions and the player can, for example, freeze to death. We Were Here can be played only in cooperation mode via Internet and with microphone. The title also supports virtual reality goggles, although they aren’t mandatory to play the game.

An experimental adventure game with exploration elements created by two independent developers: Mez Breeze and Andy Campbell. The main protagonist of All the Delicate Duplicates is John - a computer scientist and a single father of Charlotte, who accompanies him on his adventure. One day, the man receives some mysterious items - journals and sketches - as an inheritance from an enigmatic relative of his - Mo. After some time, our characters discover that the objects they inherited, and now keep at the attic, feature some unusual properties that affect both their surroundings and memories. During the game, the players observe the action from the first-person perspective, and the gameplay itself revolves around the exploration of diverse surreal locations and logical puzzles solving. Consecutive plot sequences are revealed after the main protagonist reads texts and site-specific notes, which he finds on his way to discover the secret of mysterious inheritance. Because of a rather short playthrough and the nonlinear nature of the game, one might classify it as an interactive experience, rather than a typical video game.

A roguelike game by Spellbind Studios. The production is set in the land of Rilfanor during a war between two factions of the Council, which associates wizards. While one faction approves of women and lowborn people joining their ranks, the other remains faithful to old traditions, according to which only nobles can become members of the Council. During the game, you explore procedurally generated locations and fight enemies. As you progress, you develop your character's skills, upgrading their abilities, gathering better equipment and modifying it using the crafting system. Between your journeys, you can visit the Tower, which acts as your base, where you can find resources you need to cast spells in battle. Apart from the single player story campaign, which can be completed on two difficulty levels, there is also the Gauntlet mode, which features a never-ending dungeon network. It's also worth noting, that while the PC version of Rogue Wizards is a commercial production, the mobile version utilizes the free-to-play model with microtransactions.

RICO is an FPS game by Ground Shatter. Its atmosphere and plot were inspired by police movies of the 1980s and 1990s. You play as a brave cop, who decides to crack down on a powerful cartel all by himself. The maps in the game are randomly generated, giving you new challenges with each playthrough. A key aspect of the production are the mechanics of charging into locked rooms. When you get through the door, time slows for a moment, allowing you to assess the situation and begin eliminating your enemies. The game features a single player mode and a co-op multiplayer mode for two players. There are also online rankings and special challenges to complete. The game features, surprisingly, for an FPS, cartoonish cel-shaded visuals.

The commander's actions affect the statistics and behavior of the soldiers who were described with such attributes as respect, stress or trust - these determine the performance of the soldiers in battle, who can be fighting to the best of their ability, but a time may come when they will not be completely loyal. Burden of Command offers exclusively a single-player experience.

A first-person action thriller from an indie developer, offering support for VR headsets. Stifled bases the exploration mechanics on the original concept of use of echolocation – as they spread, sound waves reveal the layout of rooms and shapes of objects around you. Sounds can be made not only by the protagonist and some environmental objects, but also by the player themselves, using a microphone. However, you must be cautious, because the darkness hides monsters taken straight from a nightmare, which actively hunt the protagonist. In order to survive he sometimes has to grope in the dark, so to avoid detection by dangerous creatures. On the other hand, you can use noises to distract enemies, making it possible for you to sneak past them unnoticed. Stifled combines 3D environments with vector graphics in an original way. Although most of the time you only see the contour of environments, from time to time you also visit realistically designed locations.

Developed by a Slovakian studio 3Division, Air Missions: HIND allows players to carry out diverse missions taking place in four different corners of the Earth – thick forests of Eastern Europe, deserts of Central Asia, the exotic South-East Asia, and the airspace over the Arctic Ocean. Among the mission objectives, one can find i.e. supporting allied ground units, advancing on enemy artillery positions and Air Force Bases, taking out convoys, rescuing hostages, and even fighting other gunships. During combat, the player is often accompanied by wingmen, who actively support him by shooting at the enemies from their on-board weapons. The game allows the players to customize their munitions in accordance with their preferences and the situation on the battlefield. Among the available types of weapons, there are various Russian guided missiles - both anti-tank and anti-aircraft - pods with unguided missiles, machine guns, mines, and bombs. Another aspect of the game that one can adjust is the level of realism – in Air Missions: HIND the player can select the general difficulty level, one of the three available craft handling systems, and the gunship’s collision damage level, separately for particular elements of the environment. The game delivers both competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes. Moreover, it allows the players to design their own scenarios.

Watchful observation of the enemies and learning their moves and tactics allows one to master the combat system and use the special ability of the main protagonist – the enemy attacks unleash energy, which is absorbed by the Wanderer in order to charge his mechanical arm, with which he can mount powerful attacks and destroy particular elements of the environment. When working on Way of the Passive Fist, the developers drew their inspirations from 16-bit beat’em up games as well as adventure movies and animated TV series.

Developed by the Italian Naps Team studio, a WWII action-adventure air combat game. The plot of Iron Wings follows the story of the US 332nd Fighter Group, which was composed solely of black pilots. Jack and his childhood friend Amelia are the main heroes. The story revolves around general Adler’s ominous plan to secure the Third Reich’s victory. The mechanics are purely arcade and missions are abundant in main and side objectives. Interestingly, there are always two characters in the air, each in a separate airplane. The player can easily switch between them and, while piloting one plane, command the other, controlled by AI. From time to time, you can step outside the cockpit and take part in special shooter sequences.

The first large expansion for Hearts of Iron IV – the fourth installment of the popular grand strategy game series created by Paradox Interactive. The add-on, called Together for Victory, focuses on introducing new functions connected with British Commonwealth and the countries that were a part of it during World War II. This results in, among others, new national development trees for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and India, complemented by historical figures and companies, while the whole add-on was designed to either replay the real course of war, or allow a completely abnormal, abstract scenario to play out. Thanks to a new autonomy system, the players can set various levels of dependency of subjected nations, and expand upon some of the national ideas, resulting in useful bonuses and technologies. The Commonwealth nations can share technologies, as well as ask their allies to lease them various equipment.

An extended edition of Claire - a survival horror game released in 2014. In comparison to the original release, the new edition brings mainly improved audiovisuals. Once again, the development works were carried out by Hailstorm Games. The game still offers a two-dimensional environment and pixel-art graphics. However, the creators managed to implement both 3D objects and depth of field effects. Both the plot and mechanics remain unchanged, thus the protagonist, the titular teenager, faces both monsters and demons from her past when exploring the building of a haunted school. For the most part, the player traverses the game world, managing their equipment and avoiding direct contact with the enemies. Importantly, an in-game fear meter constantly monitors the player's actions - when it reaches maximum, the protagonist can die.

A city builder strategy game with shooter elements, developed for Android and iOS devices. It was developed by On5, the creators of, among other titles, RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile, in cooperation with Atari. The mobile Lunar Battle is a modern interpretation of an Atari’s game of the same title that was released for arcade machines in 1982. This time around, it is an interesting combination of a strategy production and a shooter. The player’s task is to build a human colony in space and defend it from alien invaders. To do so, we gather resources, erect new buildings, and satisfy the population’s needs, controlling our budget in the process. A large amount of our funds has to be spent on armaments, including weapons for workers and spaceships. The latter we can control directly. In combat against aliens, the gameplay resembles classical shooters from arcade machines in which we control a ship and shoot incoming enemies. It is also possible to fight PvP battles on special arenas.

Another installment of the Carnival Games series, developed by Cat Daddy Games studio with virtual reality sets in mind. Similarly to the previous installments, we are once again left with a set of fifteen arcade mini-games, mostly focusing on throwing various items and shooting moving targets, but we can also find a somewhat simplified basketball or wall climbing among the available modes. Aside from taking part in subsequent games, in Carnival Games VR we can freely traverse an open location introduced in the game. The flames of rivalry are further stoked by the addition of online ranking list, in which we fight for the best results against players from all around the world.
