And oldschool sandbox space strategy game with simulation and role-playing elements by Cold Rice Games. You play as a spaceship captain, and your task is to manage it while exploring remote planets. You have to e.g. recruit your crew and appoint them to their respective positions, all the while managing the ship's equipment and finances. During the game you go through many adventures, participate in trade and establish diplomatic relations, as well as fight various enemies. Thanks to the combination of many genres, Interstellaria is a very expansive game, which also makes it very difficult. The production combines the oldschool visuals and audio layer with more modern elements (such as sandbox elements) and is a kind of tribute for classic productions of the 1980s and 1990s, absorbing mostly due to their complex and interesting gameplay.

A narrative-focused point-and-click adventure game and the debut project from the independent Dutch studio, Wispfire. Inspired by real events, the game is set in alternative version of the 19th century in which all western countries have been united under the banner of an empire known as the Protectorate. Players take the role a man named Devan Rensburgh, who seeks the truth of his origins while on his journey to Western Colonies of the empire. The protagonist ends up on board of the HLV Herald, a ship that is a true melting pot of cultures, and is forced to make several crucial decisions that will shape his future from now on. The game mechanics of Herald derive a lot from classic adventure games and focus based on exploration and numerous dialogues with NPCs. Furthermore, the game draws some inspiration from Telltale Games’ productions, focusing, instead of puzzles, on narration, character development and moral choices.

A classic, two-dimensional platformer considered a representative of the metroidvania genre, developed by Lunar Ray Games that was founded by a former employee of Microsoft and Bungie Software. The story of Timespinner is set in the fantasy universe of Ernah, created by the developer in the days of his youth. During the game we play the part a young girl named Lunaris, whose village was destroyed by invaders from another planet. Heroine's mother died during the escape, and she was sucked through a broken portal and transported to another world, where in desperation she vowed revenge on the oppressors. In the course of gameplay we explore subsequent locations, solve simple puzzles and fight enemies; and as we progress, we gain new weapons and gradually improve the abilities of the protagonist. A distinctive feature of the game is the power to manipulate time, by which Lunais can move through different eras, avoid enemies and get into seemingly inaccessible places.

There doesn't feature a storyline, and the gameplay focuses on missions that come down to eliminating certain people according to Agent 47's contract. We play in turns and have to reach a given point in the level unnoticed, and then discreetly eliminate our target while completing various side objectives on the way. The maps are small, and our actions have to be carefully planned to avoid drawing attention. The production features a wacky vision of the future, in which people use metal boxes to travel — such a box moves by rolling from side to side and would be useless were it not for a special powerful cannon. A properly used cannon is not just a great weapon to use against such foes as nosy policemen and mutants, but also a tool for pressing buttons and unlocking seemingly blocked passages. It can also be used to jump and glide through the air. In each of several dozens of levels your task is to get to the finish line in one piece. The gameplay also features easy puzzles, and interesting and amusing boss battles. Gunbrick features pleasant 2D visuals and a soundtrack composed by Erik Suhrke.

The locations are full of not just monsters and tricky traps, but also gold, which is enough of a lure for various adventurers. Unlike many similar role-playing games, the production features unusual mechanics, similar to those found in golf. The magic-wielding protagonist shoots enemies with fireballs, utilizing golf rules. You have to carefully aim and adjust the force of the spell, taking into account the distance, topography, and obstacles. After each hit, you are teleported to where the fireball stopped. At the same time, you also have to watch the mana level, which allows you to cast your spells. As you progress, you can develop the protagonist's skills and unlock new spells (such as a freezing spell), which help you fight your enemies.

A unique science-fiction arcade game. You play as the pilot of a spaceship (one of ten unlockable vessels), who docks to a hundred space stations. The task is not an easy one, as the stations are quite small, continuously rotate, so the docking requires good skills. To make things worse, there are many obstacles and dangers in space, and they can ruin even the most easy-looking docking. The dangers include asteroids, space pirates, mines, anomalies, and mysterious black monoliths. You dock your ship by drawing a line of varying lengths, which corresponds to the ship's speed. You can also switch the engine on and off. Every action uses one unit of fuel. When you run out of it completely, you only have five seconds to finish the docking, otherwise your ship falls apart.

A continuation of a wacky 2D platform shooter, which in terms of mechanics resembles classic games such as Contra and the iconic Metal Slug series. Developed by OrangePixel, the game delivers even more chaos caused by countless bullets, enemies, and explosions making it impossible for a player to calmly analyze the situation on the screen. Luckily, throughout consecutive stages, there are numerous first-aid kits, which are able of healing even a nearly dead hero. Completing the main campaign is not very problematic, even though it has been divided into 56 separate levels. A much bigger challenge is posed by the Arcade mode, in which the player (with only one life) is tasked with covering the longest distance possible. The game features a style typical for other games developed by OrangePixel – simple, 2D visuals are not too elaborate, however, because of the dynamic gameplay, the player does not have much time to notice that.

The second layer revolves around the military – the player has to train their army and send the troops to battle in order to conquer the neighboring territories as well as bases belonging to other players (it is also worth considering to form strategic alliances with some players) or the AI. Unlike Clash of Clans, in The Horus Heresy: Drop Assault, the player can move his fighting units with fewer limitations.
