Gran Turismo 7 is the next installment of the popular racing simulator series released for the PlayStation consoles. It was developed by Polyphony Digital, a Japanese development studio.
Gran Turismo 7 develops the formula known from previous installments of the series. The gameplay is focused on the realism of driving experience of virtual cars. The advanced physics system takes into account a number of factors that affect the vehicle in motion, including speed, weight, aerodynamics, suspension type, road condition, and weather conditions.
The game once again focuses on the campaign mode, during which you can take part in many races on real closed circuits and public roads. There is also a wide range of licensed cars (from popular passenger cars, through sports cars, to legendary racing machines). Some of the car brands available in the game include Aston Martin, Ford, and Lamborghini.
Gran Turismo 7 allows to play solo in the story mode among others. The game also allows to participate in online races with other players.
4K, 60 FPS and ray tracing
Gran Turismo 7 features realistic graphics, and all of the vehicles in the game have been recreated in detail. Gran Turismo 7 targets native 4K resolution and 60 frames per second with ray tracing and HDR support. The game also takes advantage of other technologies that the PS5 boasts, such as faster load times, Tempest 3D sound and DualSense haptic pad vibration.
