The gameplay of Strange Brigade focuses on bloody battles with varied mythological creatures. In combat, you can have a team consisting of yourself and up to 3 other players — but although the game is co-op-oriented, you can also play on your own. The characters use their unique abilities, firearms and equipment. The game features a distinct style resembling adventure movies from the early 20th century.

The action of The Myth Seekers: The Legacy of Vulcan is set in Italy in 1920. The main protagonist of the game is Amelie, a Roman mythology expert who works for the titular agency called The Myth Seekers. Amelie has to find a powerful artifact known as Vulcan's Hammer before other ancient gods beat her to it and annihilate all humanity. On their adventure, the player gets to meet sixteen characters from the Roman pantheon, led by Vulcan - the god's blacksmith. Consecutive parts of the story are unraveled before the player through multiple cutscenes. The gameplay revolves around looking for particular items on colorful and detailed pictures. The player also has to complete numerous mini-games and logic puzzles. The game delivers polished and detailed visuals.

Its universe is inhabited by gods, titans, and other fantastic creatures from myths and legends. The game mechanics of Gods of Rome employs solutions similar to titles like mobile version of Mortal Kombat or Injustice: Gods Among Us. We don’t have complete control over our fighter, and the combat system requires you to execute correct combinations of gestures and taps, allowing us to attack, dodge and launch special attacks, unique for every character. Aside from the single play campaign, the game also offers multiplayer, although it is necessary to possess special divine keys, collected during said campaign or bought with real money, to play.
