Bug in FIFA 21 Turns Players Into Kangaroos

FIFA 21 fans are having a laugh while sharing recordings of a strange bug that makes the players jump on the field, as if they had big springs attached to their shoes.

FIFA 21, this year's installment of the world's most popular football game series, is criticised for lack of polish, among other things. This aspect of the game is most often annoying, but funny things can also come out of it. This second category includes a glitch causing the players to jump as if the field was a trampoline.

Since the launch of FIFA 21, gamers have been happily uploading videos of this error online. The glitch causes the players to jump many metres high, more like platformer game protagonists than players in a game that is trying to realistically simulate football.

The bug is already so famous that Electronic Arts is likely to fix it in one of the upcoming updates.

Let us remind that this is just another of the game's many technical problems. Shortly after the launch, players discovered a way to make corner kicks 100% accurate and leading to sure goals. Fans also criticized the tragic game menu. Some of the bugs have already been fixed, but the updates that do it have broken other elements. For example, after the recent patch, some of the players have gone bald.

FIFA 21 launched on October 9, on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. There are also plans for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions, to be released at the launch of these hardware platforms. These editions are expected to be very different from the others, so we're curious to see if they will offer fewer technical flaws in addition to visual improvements.
