The conflict over Westworld ended without a greater affair.

Last year, at the end of June, Bethesda sued Behavior Interactive and Warner Bros. Entertainment. They wanted a mobile game based on the Westworld film and series, which was supposed to use the source code of the popular economic strategy Fallout Shelter. The dispute lasted less than six months. On the 12th of December, the federal court received a notification (via Polygon) that the case was settled amicably. The details of the agreement are not known. The only thing we know is that both parties will bear their own costs, and Bethesda withdrew its claims with the proviso that the company would no longer have any issues towards the other enterprises.

Erik Wolpaw returns to Valve

Last summer Jay Pinkerton returned to Valve, the person responsible for the scenarios of Portal 2 and the Left 4 Dead. It seems, however, that he is not the only one who decided to hire the giant from Bellevue again. As one of Reddit's users noticed, Erik Wolpaw, the co-creator of dialogues for the Portal series, as well as both episodes of Half-Life 2, who left the corporation in 2017, was on the Artifact card payroll. This fact was confirmed both by Gabe Newell himself and Tyler McVicker, the head of Valve News Network.

Erik Wolpaw (right) has much merit for Valve.

It is not yet known whether the return of these two artists to Valve is a preparation for the return of one of the older brands. However, this does not change the fact that this type of information arouses hopes in players who still believe that they will see Half-Life 3 one day…

New RAGE 2 gameplay

It lasts less than fourteen minutes and is commented by the creators. It is full of explosions and crazy shooting. You can take a closer look at the new mechanics called Overdrive. It can be activated after a sufficient number of eliminations and it significantly increases the hero's skills.

RAGE 2 will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 14. On computers, the title will most likely be available only on the Bethesda.net platform.
