Community Chose Ghost of Tsushima as GotY on The Game Awards 2020

Players have chosen the game of the year as part of The Game Awards 2020. The title was won by Ghost of Tsushima, a PS4 by Sucker Punch and Sony Interactive Entertainment.

In the middle of November, we have learned the list of game nominated for awards in 29 categories as part of The Game Awards 2020. The winner will be decided by the votes of the players and the selected jury. Although the winners will be announced on December 10, tthis year, the organizers of the gala have already revealed the best game of the year according to the community on TGA 2020's official website. Ghost of Tsushima from Sucker Punch (known from the InFamous series) and Sony Interactive Entertainment has collected most votes from players .

Ghost of Tsushima, often referred to as Assassin's Creed in Japan, has a large fan base.

Ghost of Tsushima was released on July 17, 2020 as PlayStation 4 exclusive (playing on PS5 in 60 fps is possible due to backwards compatibility) and received very good ratings in reviews. In mid-October, the game also received free online co-op mode - Ghost of Tsushima: Legends.
