Even though the latest DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 was well received by both critics and players, Phantom Liberty is far from flawless, especially when it comes to technical aspect of the game. There are a lot of minor and major problems that will most likely be consequently fixed in the following days and weeks. Some of them though can be showstopping, like for example one of the key characters, Mr Hands, not calling. If you are still waiting for him to contact you but nothing is happening, we have gathered some information that may be useful for you.
Mr Hands is an important character in Cyberpunk 2077 and especially its new DLC, Phantom Liberty. Situation when events are not triggered happened already in the past in this title and is connected with how the game perceives the passage of time. At some point, time flow in Cyberpunk can randomly glitch out and just stop progressing. As you can imagine, it can happen not only with Mr Hands but also during other missions like, for example, Firestarter or Birds With Broken Wings.
