Elden Ring is Coming; Trailer and Release Date Available
Elden Ring trailer containing gameplay fragments was finally shown at Summer Game Fest 2021. We also got to know the release date.
Organizers of Summer Game Fest 2021 left the best for the very end. During the show's finale we could finally see the trailer of Elden Ring, an action RPG developed by FromSoftware, the team known from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and the Dark Souls series.
The trailer was full of gameplay fragments, enabling us to finally see what the game will look like. We could feast our eyes especially on the promising combat system and interesting monster designs - things that FromSoftware is famous for.
According to the announcements, the game seems to be an evolution of the solutions from previous games of the studio, to which a lot of new elements were added, such as open world or riding on horseback.
The trailer confirms that Elden Ring is coming to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PS5. We also learned the release date, which is set for January 21, 2022.
