First Season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is Coming

Activision officially revealed the content of the first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. We already know all about the new maps, modes, weapons and what many players were waiting for - the season pass.

Yesterday, the first season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was officially announced. As it turns out, there will be a lot of content in it. The players will receive several new maps and modes, two weapons and much more. Activision says that never before in the history of the series have they added so much free content.

The start of the new season will take place on December 3 on all platforms at the same time. Content will be added to the game gradually. Initially, seven new maps will be released, and several of them are classics that the players can remember from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Three maps can be played in basic multiplayer mode, another three in 2v2 mode and one in ground war mode. More modes will be added, such as Reinforce, Gunfight OSP and Infected. The cooperation will be expanded by five new scenarios, and the weapon arsenal by the RAM-7 asssault rifle and Holger-26 LMG.

Here's the new content which will be introduced to the game - the amount is impressive.

So far, the devs have not said much about the season pass, they only confirmed that it will have 100 levels. We are now confident that the Battlepass will appear in the new CoD and will enable the players to gain more additional content, such as new weapons and cosmetic items.
