Ghost of Tsushima Going on Strong on PS4

Ghost of Tsushima has reached another sales milestone. The players have already bought 5 million copies of Sucker Punch's latest game.

PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S may be hogging all the spotlight right now, but apparently current-gen console titles haven't said the last word yet. If we believe the New York Times, theGhost of Tsushima has sold 5 million copies. The information comes directly from Sony, as confirmed by journalist Seth Schiesel in a Twitter post.

We've heard about the success of Sucker Punch's latest game before. The title was hailed as the best digital debut in the history of Sony's new IPs, reaching 2.4 million buyers in just three days. The creators also took care of delivering new content, including the free expansion called Legends. Unfortunately, there's no word of the highly-anticipated sequel, if we do not count the recent search for a screenwriter by Sucker Punch in connection with an unannounced project.
