How to fix Monster Hunter Wilds Benchmark crashes. Most affected players are AMD owners
Trying the Monster Hunter Wilds Benchmark tool on your PC but facing one crash after another? Here's what you can do about it.

With just a few weeks to go until Monster Hunter Wilds drops, another open beta is lined up for this weekend. PC players can now see how the game runs on their setup using the benchmark tool, available on Steam and straight from Capcom. While some are already comparing their results, others are experiencing crashes – either immediately or at specific points during the test.
Fix for Monster Hunter Wilds Benchmark tool crashes
The good news is that there’s likely a simple fix for Monster Hunter Wilds benchmark crashes. Many of the reports are coming from AMD GPU users, and a new driver update has recently rolled out. If your AMD Adrenalin app hasn’t notified you yet, try reinstalling it. Keep in mind that version 25.1.1 is an optional update, so it might have been easy to overlook.
If you're still having issues with the benchmark tool, even with your GPU drivers up to date, double-check the system requirements. Some RX 580 users might be a bit too optimistic about running Monster Hunter Wilds. I know Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PC can be playable even with older GPUs, but that’s not the case with MH Wilds.
