New Game Plus Goes to Days Gone

The team at Bend Studio has announced an update to Days Gone. Together with it we will get the New Game Plus mode and two more difficulty levels.

Ready to return to undead America?

It's been a long time since the debut of Days Gone and the players may have forgotten about this production. Apparently, Bend thought it appropriate to remind us about their latest work. Team leader Jeff Ross announced the next update for Days Gone on the official PlayStation blog. With it, a long-awaited novelty will be added to the game: the New Game Plus mode, which allows you to start playing from scratch, but with all the equipment you've acquired so far. This will include weapons, credits and challenge awards, but also progress in trophies. The number of the latter will increase, because the update will add achievements associated with NG+.

New Game Plus will be available on all save files with the finished "I'm Never Giving Up" quest. Before the start of the game we will be able to choose any level of difficulty, including two brand new ones: Difficult II and Survival II. We don't know what we can expect from them yet, as well as from the "secret weapon" that will come with the update's debut. This will be released on September 13.
