Project Polaris (working name) is an item currently in pre-production - a kind of continuation of The Witcher 3, which will launch an entire trilogy of RPGs from AAA segment. The three-part story is expected to be developed across six years, starting with the release of Polaris.

The next entry is Canis Majoris (also a codename). It will be a full-fledged Witcher RPG, which, however, is to be a separate story from the aforementioned saga. Interestingly, this title will be developed by an external studio "led by experienced developers associated with The Witcher in the past".

The third project, on the other hand, will be Sirius (also a codename). This is a title being developed by The Molasses Flood, studio which CD Projekt RED is helping to realize the work. The game will offer multiplayer gameplay and a campaign with quests and a single-player storyline.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that projects Polaris i Canis Majoris are being developed based on Unreal Engine 5 technology. The latter will additionally use the "toolkit" developed for the new trilogy.
