Steam Next Fest - Week Full of Demos is About to Begin
The Steam Next Festival will start in less than 30 minutes. This is an ideal opportunity for those who prefer to test a game before buying the full version.
In less than 30 minutes, Steam will launch a demo fest - Steam Next Fest. As part of this regular event, hundreds of game demos will be made available to players. The "samples" will of course be available to download for free. In addition, Steam users will also have the opportunity to talk with the developers and watch live broadcasts presenting various games.
How long will the Steam Next Fest last?
A large number of game demos will be available for testing for seven days - from today to February 28.

If during the festival you are convinced by any of the titles that have already been released, then nothing will stand in the way of buying its full version (although no special deals are organized during the event).
What games can we expect to see?
The Steam Next Fest announcement, which you can watch below, reveals a dozen of the many titles whose demos will be available during the event. Here are some of them:
- NeoDash - an independent racing action game with futuristic visuals.
- 8-Bit Adventures 2 - a title inspired by classic jRPGs for the NES, SNES and PlayStation consoles.
- Oaken - a tactical, turn-based rougelike game with card game elements.
- Mago - a retro 2D adventure platformer.
- ABRISS - a puzzle game in which the player builds structures that can destroy other structures.
- BlasterBeat - an indie game that combines shooter and rhythm game mechanics.
- Hero's Hour - a turn-based RPG with 8-bit visuals and RTS elements.
- Elsie - an action platform game with rougelike elements such as permadeath and levels generated anew after each defeat.
Remember, however, that this is only eight titles out of hundreds that will be available during the festival. The full list can be found on Steam in less than 30 minutes.
When is the next edition coming?
Valve has also shared the date of the next Steam Next Fest event. As we can read in announcement for Steam partners, the next festival will take place in June.
