Uncharted 4 Trophies Carry Over to Legacy of Thieves

If you completed Uncharted 4 on PS4, then you don't have to worry about trophies in Legacy of Thieves on PS5. You will carry over your achievements from the original to the remaster.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Players will be able to transfer achievements from Uncharted 4 to Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection;
  • Sony also explained how owners of Uncharted 4 will purchase the set at a discounted price;
  • Only owners of the base version of PS5 (with a disc reader) will be eligile for the discount.

The release of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is approaching. The remaster set will debut on PlayStation 5 in three days. It will be a good opportunity to get acquainted with the fourth installment of the series, but also to re-experience Nathan Drake's last adventure in a refreshed form. Sony has good news for those concerned with the latter option.

It turns out that when playing the remastered versions of Uncharted 4 and the Lost Legacy expansion, you won't have to worry about unlocking your achievements again. Trophies (and save game data) will be transferred to Legacy of Thieves Collection using your PlayStation Plus Online Disk. Instructions can be found in the FAQ section on the game's official website.

Sony has also revealed how owners of Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy or Uncharted 4 & The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle on PS4 will be able to purchase the set at a reduced price. Namely, only owners of the base version of PS5 (with a drive) will benefit from the promotion. In order to qualify for the discount, it will be necessary to insert a disc with one of the listed games into PlayStation 5's reader.

This means that the deal will not include people who received Uncharted 4 via the PS Plus subscription. Such players will have to purchase the set at full price, that is for $49.99. Those who get the discount will be able to purchase an upgrade to the original game for just $10.
