Villeneuve's Dune Delayed by One Year
Some time ago it was the new Bond, now Denis Villeneuve's Dune - the 2020 premiere calendar is starting to looking very poor. We will watch the film based on Herbert's prose only in a dozen or so months.

We have another year of patient waiting before us.
Dune is one of the few big premieres that were to appear in cinemas in the coming months, which were not postponed until next year. At least until now. We will watch Denis Villeneuve's film (with luck) only on October 1 2021 (via The Wrap). Although the production is ready, the filmmakers are afraid of financial losses due to the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The latest victim of delays was the new film about James Bond entitled No Time to Die, which will appear in multiplexes on April 2, 2021.
