Resident Evil 2: How to use the Signal Modulator in NEST?

Signal Modulator.

Signal Modulator is a device that you find in the Nest, the final location of Resident Evil 2. The device is placed in special electrical panels in the walls, to reinstate power supply in the room or to unlock the door. To regulate the modulator:

• Open the inspection mode in the inventory and choose the modulator.
• Check what 3 digit code is on the panel and choose the same in the modulator.
• Use the both knobs to move the chart in such a way to match the second chart (match so that you see only a single chart) - this is done through trial-and-error, but shouldn't pose a problem.
• Place the modulator into the electrical panel. If you've done everything correctly, the panel will light a green lamp.
