Resident Evil 2: Where I can find the red key (key of hearts)?
Red Key of Hearts is only available for Claire. You will find it in the Chief's Office, to which you can get by elevator from the Underground car park. In the office go through the side door and get to the end of the corridor: there you will find a picture on the cupboard. Lift it up and examine it in the inventory: at the back there is the red key, which you will take out of the picture frame. After that, you will be able to use it freely. This is an important story item; without it you will not leave the Chief's Office and you will not be able to continue the game.
