Resident Evil 2: Where can I find the hip pouch in NEST?
The Nest is a final opportunity to get an additional hip pouch in Resident Evil 2. You need to access the nap room (found right from the main entrance, next to the reception area)to find level II ID wristband. When you've managed to get the signal modulator, return to the location and place it in the circuit on the wall (after programming it to the given signal) to unlock all sleeping cabins - one of them contains the hip pouch.
