Resident Evil 2: Where to find the blue key (spades) at the police station?

Blue key is one of the unique items that can be found at the police station in Resident Evil 2. On this page you can find out how to get the blue Spade Key (the one with the spade-leaf icon used in cards) and where you can use it.

You have to get to a small room on floor 3F of the police station. It is adjacent to a staircase.

The key lies on the desk next to the radio and the figurine.

From now on, you can use the key on the door marked with a blue symbol above the lock - an example of this type of door is shown in the screen - they connect the library with the main hall of the police station.
