Resident Evil 2: Where to find Chemical Flamethrower Spark Shot upgrades?

During your time in the Nest, you can find the upgrades for the final weapons found in Resident Evil 2 - Spark Shot (Claire), or Chemical Flamethrower (Leon). In the first area of the Nest, in the room where you've found level II ID wristband, (at the end of the corridor next to the reception area) you'll find a nap room. One of the lockers contains:
- Claire: High Voltage Condenser (Spark Shot) - reduces the delay between shots;
- Leon: Regulator (Chemical Flamethrower): reduces the fuel consumption.
